Following India's Chandrayaan- 3 touch down on Moon' s south polar region,the scientists are carefully watching data relating to  valuable space resource exploration and engineering.
A new 'arms race' among countries for critical minerals has highlighted the increased focus on rules relating to global trade and commerce, security norms and IPR issues relating to designs for latest exploration technology.
