RTI stands for ‘Right to Information’. In 2005, For Transparency the Central Government introduced the Right to Information or RTI as a Fundamental Right of Every Citizen. It is a right given to every Citizens to file an application with the appropriate authority seeking any information they require, that is not confidential & creates a Transparency. RTI is a fundamental right under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India. RTI is a important & powerful tool in the hand of every Citizens to raise questions or look into any important documents.
