Deed for 'Foreclosure of Mortgage'
Tarandeep Singh | 01/01/1970

The mortgagor at the denial of the repayment of the mortgaged money enjoys the right of foreclosing the mortgaged property which was made in favor of mortgagee for securing the repayment, and whose the mortgagor is the absolute owner. Thus, the right can be either enforced 'judicially' i.e. by the competent Court of law or 'non-judicially' by executing a mutual agreement of "Foreclosure of Mortgage" between mortgagee and mortgagor in the presence of witnesses.
