Constitution of the Republic of South Africa

The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa is the highest law in the Republic. Every act , ordinance or principle which is inconsistent with the Constitution is invalid. Every court or tribunal in the Republic must uphold and promote the spirit and purport of the Constitution whilst making any decision.
