Bench: Similar matters have been dismissed recently. Hajj has started. How many weeks left now?

Adv: Kindly hear me. It happened last time also.

Bench: Should have come 1 month earlier. May be considered next year.

Adv: Kindly give observation, my client is in a very poor condition. Issued show cause notice.

J PSN: You may have merit regarding blacklisting. But grant of permissions year is over, this can't be a Article 32 plea, may be 226 later.
