SC says that giving narrow meaning of physical contact to confine it to skin-to-skin contact would defeat the purpose of POCSO Act and it cannot be accepted

SC sets aside the verdict of Bombay High Court which jad held that skin-to-skin contact essential for POCSO offence ans convicted two accused and two year jail term who had indecently touched body of a minor
