Supreme Court to hear plea seeking release of all oxygen cylinders ,Remdesivir & other covid essential equipments lying in Judicial custody of all the police stations across the country

DYC J to Justice Nagarathna when the matter is taken up for hearing: How can we issue general directions? In each case, we'll have to consider as to whether they are genuine or not.

DYC J to Petitioner: There will be serious chaos if we issue general directions. We cant issue directions for release of medicines, oxygen cylinder etc. We cannot entertain this petition.

ORDER 
We are not inclined to entertain this petition. 
Dismissed.
