The Apex Court has held the decision passed by Allahabad High Court summoning the Chief Secretary in a Case and expressed sharp disapproval on the disappearance of State’s Advocate General Raghvendra Singh despite rehashed calls. The High Court had gone to the degree of requesting the Chief Minister to investigate the case, while furiously condemning the AG for his behavior.

The case was attended today by a division bench comprising Justice Arun Mishra and Mohan M Shantanagoudar. Additional Solicitor General P. S. Narshimha representing the State attended the court proceeding. The Apex court held the 3 impugned orders of Allahabad High Court but directed Singh to be appeared in the court at the next date of hearing 04th August 2017 and submit the reason for his personal absence in the court, despite repeated calls.
