Adv Rupesh Kumar: We've already filed the same. Can it be taken up on Monday?

DYC J: We can keep it up on Monday. Till then I'll also read the reply. Mr Kumar, on Mon don't bring any Senior Counsel. We want you to argue.

Adv Kumar: SG will lead me.
