Former Supreme Court Judge Justice Madan B Lokur said that he was disappointed that the previous SC Collegium’s decisions of December 12 were not uploaded.

While speaking to journalist Rajdeep Sardesai at an event organized by The Leaflet, the Constitutional Club of India, New Delhi the former Justice said that “Once we take certain decisions, they have to be uploaded. I'm disappointed that they were not.”

The previous SC Collegium, of which Justice Lokur was a part, had taken the decision to elevate Chief Justice of Delhi High Court Justice Rajendra Menon and Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court Justice Pradeep Nandrajog to the Supreme Court.

However, Justice Lokur retired as SC Judge on December 30. Afterwards, the said decision of December was reconsidered by the new Collegium in a meeting held on January 10 when it decided to elevate Delhi High Court judge Sanjiv Khanna and Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court Justice , triggering a public debate on the issue
