The Officials of Ryan International including Augustine Francis Pinto, Chairman, Ryan International Group of Institutions, Ryan Pinto, CEO,  and other officials including  Grace Pinto couldn’t get an anticipatory bail following the rejection of their application by the Bombay High Court in Pradyumn Thakur murder case.

Advocate Nitin Pradhan pleaded that the interim relief granted by the Court since September 12 to his clients be continued in order to approach Supreme Court.

Interim relief that was granted by the single bench of Justice A.S. Gadkari was to be expired on 14 September, however he accepted the prayer and allowed it to be continued until 15th of September on the condition that the applicants shall surrender their passports with the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai or any Officer authorised by the same.

Notably, Senior Advocate KTS Tulsi, representing one of the accused, had also requested for shifting the case to Delhi or some other state. The father of Pradyumn has already made an appeal to the Supreme Court asking to set guidelines to ensure the safety of students inside school premises and to fix liability on schools in case of violation of the same.
