The Advocates on Record (AOR) exam has been postponed by the Supreme Court of India for December 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, 2021.

The exam was formerly scheduled for June 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2021. “It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the Advocates-on-Record Examination, 2021, which was earlier scheduled to be held on the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th June, 2021, has been re-scheduled for the 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd December, 2021,” according to the Supreme Court of India's notification.

The candidates were also urged to ensure that they had received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccination, according to the notification. Candidates must report the Registry, via e-mail at advocate-on-record@sci.nic.in, by November 17, 2021, whether they have received both doses of COVID-19 vaccination. If the Registry receives no notification as stated above, it will be assumed that he/she has still not been vaccinated, and his/her seating in the examination hall will be arranged accordingly.
